These terms set out how your BetFoxx account works, from registration through to withdrawal. They sit alongside our Bonus, Payments and Responsible Gaming pages, and by registering an account you agree to all of them.
This page covers the core contract between you and BetFoxx: who can play, how your account is verified, how bonuses and wagering apply, and what happens when you ask us to pay out. It does not replace the full terms and conditions document available at checkout during registration, which takes precedence if any wording here is unclear.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to open a BetFoxx account, deposit funds or play any game on the site. We verify age and identity as part of our standard checks, and we reserve the right to suspend any account where we reasonably suspect the holder is underage or has provided false information. Residents of jurisdictions where online casino play is restricted or prohibited by local law are not permitted to register.
- One account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and linked balances forfeited.
- You must play under your own name, using your own payment methods and your own identity documents.
- Account details, including your password and any two-factor method, are your responsibility to keep secure.
- We may ask for proof of identity, address or payment ownership at any stage, not only before a first withdrawal.
Account Rules and Fair Play
Every game on BetFoxx runs on certified random number generation or, for live dealer tables, on genuine physical outcomes streamed in real time. Attempting to exploit software errors, bonus mechanics or payment processing glitches is treated as a breach of these terms. So is the use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools or coordinated play between linked accounts to manipulate a bonus or promotion.
Where we identify a breach, we may void winnings derived from it, close the account involved and, where required by law or by our payment partners, report the activity. Genuine disputes about a specific game round are investigated using the round history held in our systems and, where applicable, by the relevant game provider.
Bonus Terms Reference

Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits can be made by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer or cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts or cards, and any funds identified as coming from a source other than the account holder will be returned and the account reviewed. Withdrawal Conditions
Before your first withdrawal, and periodically afterward, we carry out identity verification in line with standard practice for UK-facing operators, in keeping with the standards expected by the UK Gambling Commission around player fund protection and fair handling. This typically involves a photo ID document, proof of address and, where a card or bank transfer was used, confirmation that the payment method belongs to you.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed without unnecessary delay once verification is complete. Crypto withdrawals are sent to the wallet address used for the matching deposit wherever our systems allow it; card and bank transfer withdrawals return to the originating account. We may ask for additional checks on larger withdrawals or where account activity looks unusual, which is standard practice across the industry and is there to protect both your funds and ours.
Account Closure and Self-Exclusion
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. If you need a break from play, time-out and self-exclusion tools are available through your account settings, and our Responsible Gaming page lists the support organisations, including GamCare and BeGambleAware, that offer free and confidential help. We may also close or restrict an account on our own initiative where we have reasonable grounds relating to fraud, underage play, breach of these terms or a request from a payment provider.
Changes to These Terms
